Can I change my order ?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. However if you have yet to make payment, you can place another order and make payment for that order. We will only ship out orders upon receiving payment.
 
Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses?
We only accept one shipping address per order. However, you can place as many separate orders you like specifying a different shipping address for each order.
 
Can I send in a cheque to pay for my order?
We do have this option for orders above S$500. We only accept cheques from Singapore Banks. Please mail the cheque to us with a printed copy of your order. Once payment has been made, we will inform you of the delivery date.
 
Can I suggest a product for you to carry?
Yes. Please email your product request to bhp@buckwheat.com.sg attention to the Marketing Manager. Please include as much information as you have about the product, including name, manufacturer, and any contact information you may have. Thank you for your interest in our products.
 
Can I use promotional codes on my order?
Yes, we do run various marketing promotions and special offers for our all our customers (local and international). Please be sure to visit us often to check out the latest offers & promotions.
